We package items carefully and are happy to combine postage for multiple purchases.
Refund Policy
- Scrappy-Go-Lucky will exchange or refund all goods that are faulty on arrival.
- Cricut Create and Expression machines have a 12 month warranty.
- Cricut Gypsy machines have a 6 month warranty.
- Cricut cartridges, software and accessories will be exchanged if faulty but they must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days no refund of cartridges or software is possible.
- In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please email warranty@scrappy-go-lucky.com.au We will advise the best way to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
